Christmassy Desgins from Wildflower Stitching Winter's Song - A pretty piece full of cool wintery color. Measuring 148 x 128 , it finishes approx 9 x 8 on a gorgeous blue/gray hand-dyed fabric and is stitched with a medley of hand-dyeds. You know... you could do just the bird and holly or just the barn, trees and verse! Presented as a large chart it runs $13.00 Mid-Century Greetings - A salute to Nana's Shiny Brite glass ornaments... Peace, Love and Joy are still good greetings even 75 years after 'mid century!' Pretty colors of DMC and hand-dyeds, this finishes about 9-1/2 x 7 on 32ct. The large chart runs $14.00 Merry and Bright Baubles - Two more in Maria's set of monochromatic rounds... these are the same size as the rest, and remember, you can stitch any of these in ANY colors you want! Single charts, they are super large and easy to follow, so really a very easy stitch!
Two More Baubles from Wildflower Stitching Two more mono-chromatic rounds to stitch! Boo is shown on a bright orange and stitched in colors, but also gunmetal on white. Coded for DMC flosses, they are the same but look totally different. We like that single color effect. Sing Joy is pretty, but needs to be on something less orange and red. Maria says it's stitched with rich gold on deep red - Aztec Red Linen by Weeks. Maybe a solid metallic would be stunning! Both Baubles are presented as full sized charts.
Justice For All and Believe Wildflower Stitching has two new designs... one patriotic and the other... a new Christmas Bauble. Both presented as single design charts. Justice For All (71 stitch count) finishes about 3 inches in diameter on 40ct Hogbristle Linen (which looks pretty darn close to Country Vintage Mocha) and is stitched with just 5 shades of Gentle Art Sampler Threads. Believe is Wildflower's 6th Bauble design, also the 71 x 71 stitch count. Can you see Santa in his sleigh and the reindeer? Like the rest, choose your background fabric and a favorite hand-dyed thread - and stitch away! Any of the baubles can be done in any color.
The Baubles LOVE is the newest in this pretty set of classic designs by Wildflower Stitching. Each is presented in its own single full-sized chart, and all are the same size at 71 x 71 in stitch count. As you can see, you can choose whatever fabric you like best... and then choose a single color of any hand-dyed you like for your bauble. Peace, Noel and Hope are darker thread on light background, Love is the reverse... you can do it in a deep red thread against a white background. Really pretty, it's a nice set of desings.
Sleigh Bells Ring This is kind of a cool design. You get that single big jingle bell, but you also get the verse with greenery row that you see finished into a drum shape - with that bell on top! Choose your fabric - on 36ct this finishes about 5 inches across, and 3 inches high. Coded for hand-dyed or DMC, what I think is interesting is the DIRECTION of the stitching on the bell. She actually has the bell charted at a slant, so when you turn it with the bow facing up - you get that variation line. It's awesome, and makes it look REALLY GOOD. You're getting the effect of hand-dyed thread, but not an artificial row of color going straight from left to right. Anyway, it's a really pretty design, very unique and timeless! Presented as a chart with drum assembly instructions.
