Whimsical designs from Italy; each is presented in its own chart and coded for a mixture of Classic Colorworks and Gentle Art Sampler Threads.
  • Madame Citrouille and Monsieur Citrouille - You get both designs in this chart pack - a pair of pumpkinheads dressed in their Fall finery. Each measures 81 x 73.
  • Noel 2024 - Santa's little reindeer has a tree hat! Measuring 122 x 81.
  • Le Soir de Noel - This Santa's wagon features a cheerful bird bringing a holly sprig - along with all the festive presents. Measures 103 x 63.
  • Santa - I like this one - because you can split the design and stitch two! The bunny and bird are just the cutest... 69 x 120.

  • Book #46 In The Woods features 8 little animals all stitched with the same colorway of DMC. 12 Colors, each design measures only 35 x 52.
  • Book #87 Christmas Trees II has 6 different designs finished into triangular mini-trees. The original fabric was 18ct Olive Aida... in the days before hand-dyed fabrics! A few DMCs... the chart was published in 2000, so it's 24 years old now! Sure doesn't look it!

Here's a neat piece stitched on Oatmeal fabric... it measures about 6 x 6 on 18/36ct. Coded for DMC or Weeks hand-dyeds, we like everything about this.

But... you could split it apart and stitch it into a long row and finish into a drum shape. You could change the neat plaid in the hillside into white and gray colors to make a patterned snow... or leave it alone and keep it just this charming! Presented as a chart.

Bones is Here... Dr Raven is not yet. Two more super-cute little animals by Stacy, this entire collection of Crackers and Crumbs features vintage animals full of stitched personality! Everyone is presented in their own charts, all are on hand-dyed linen and are done with hand-dyed flosses.

Bones is stitched as a black cat, but he has a detachable mask of a skeleton - so it matches his bones! Dr Raven is a bunny, but his design features a little raven beak mask that detaches as well. As I mentioned, Bones is here, Dr Raven will take a couple of weeks to arrive - probably early December.

Here's a easy-breezy piece to stitch for the entire Fall Season - wish we'd had this chart in August! Worked on 20ct Lambswool linen - you can use any count, but can get THREE of these out of fat quarter of the 20ct. The chart calls for 3 strands of Weeks hand-dyed floss... 1 strand of #5 Pearl Cotton works great too - available in all these yummy colors.

There are a few Just Another button Company buttons scattered here and there... check your stash, or choose from our many leaves, acorns, pumpkins, moons, and maybe a heart or two. A super-quick stitch for this pretty piece, which is presented as a single chart.

Candy Cane Cottage - Our November 2024 Secret Needle Night Kit
Our November Secret Needle Night design is almost ready. (The delicious-looking threads have been on order for over three weeks - hence the delay.) The gingerbread is stitched with Very Velvet thread, and Fyre Werks metallic ribbon is taking care of the rest. The complete kit contains the 20ct linen, chart, threads and needle. Finishing about 4-1/2 x 4... if you leave off the aqua and purple lollypops, you can have a 3-1/2 x 4 ornament!

Mona made us an easel stand-up complete with peppermint garnish - that kit is offered separately, if you need one. Our Kits will mail as soon as the rest of our threads are in-house... we promise!
NOTE! Some of your Candy Cane Cottage kits have shipped - but all of them. After numerous thread supply issues we are still waiting on the red used in the peppermint sticks. These two gals have each published stacked pin cushions wrapped and buttoned with a strip of stitching. Your needlework is only 15 stitches wide but 175 stitches long! You make your own little pillows.

Such a cute finishing idea, both Beth and Cathy have published designs with this treatment. We are showing both charts together - because they look so much alike - we thought you'd want to compare and probably get BOTH!

A Trio of New Designs from Quaint Rose Needlearts
  • Gingerbread Village - This is a medley of festive, ginger-bready designs - lots of stitching choices. Everything is done on Weeks Dye Works Seafoam hand-dyed linen (We have few other fabrics and counts similar to this colorway as well.) using DMC and/or varied hand-dyeds. The Gingergread village row pillow measures 200 x 61, the main sampler is 150 x 140, and the cute little gingerbread man in the cup is just 91 stitches in size.
  • Stitcher Urn - What a fun piece! This is worked on two different pieces of linen, which you connect before you begin stitching. The ruler and 'STITCHER' along the bottom are done on a green background. The Floral tomato vine growing out of the urn is done on a cream. Everything is coded for DMC or hand-dyeds. The little scissors and birds tuck in there and make everything look happy! Quaint Rose has several other 'urn' pieces like this - Peppermint, Tulip and Pinwheel. They are all approx the same size - 110 stitches square.
  • Spooky Mansion - We're past Halloween, so now you have a whole year to get this stitched! Bats in the sky, spiders in the trees, Jack-O-Lanterns in the yard... it's a busy little house. Coded for DMC and hand-dyeds, it finishes approx 7 x 5 on 36ct - just a cute, petite size. There are French Knots topping all the wrought iron fence posts - but you could do beads instead if you're scared of knots!

  • Winter Moon -- Something Christmassy, but kind of not - especially if you leave off the holly and garlands on the trees. Paulette loves houses, and this spectacular piece has a big one - all solid stitching! (You need to be one of us that loves to sit in front of the TV and have solid stuff to fill in for this one!) The big moon, the organized symetry of the fence, walkway, bricks, trees, windows - all of it. Measuring 149 x 168, this will finish approx 8 x 9 on 36ct, and uses multiple skeins of several of its DMC, Weeks and Classic Colorworks flosses. Really eyecatching and grand.
  • Salem Sampler - 4th in Paulette's Rhode Island sampler-inspired series, this gorgeous piece companions Paulette's New Constellation, Heritage and New World Samplers. She tells us it's different for her because as a Halloween piece - she has NO orange in it! The top features a 'death head' which is a winged skull used on many old headstones and represents a soul whose journey to heaven isn't finished yet. Gallows Hill was apparently where the accused were hung, and there is the Reverend pointing fingers in the middle. Actually kind of creepy given the warning verse at the bottom about sleeping with the devil! So... OK... not the general subject of the others in this series... but eyecatching just the same!
  • Salem Mini Moon - The Halloween Hare leaping over a bubbling cauldron of who-knows-what! Freaky little Jacks down there... wild flowers that look like they might reach out and bite you, and the old moon... this measures just 72 x 81. Coded for DMC and a medley of hand-dyeds.

What a pretty pair of small cushion designs. By Cosford Rise, Kelly has chosen a deep green fabric to set-off her DMC 3865 Winter White blackwork stitching, and then accented with Gentle Art's Grecian Gold for her sentiments.

Trim is vintage mini garland - which we carry! Anyway, think about deep colors of fabric - reds, blues... maybe do the wording in metallic?

They look like pirates!       Cecilia has a new trio of contemporary 'baubles' for holiday stitching and decorating. Her 'Etchings' series has been all about flowers so far, but this one celebrates Christmas. Stitched on 36ct, your medley will finish about 3-1/2 x 6-1/2.

      BUTTTT, she is also showing these done on 20ct linen (like the Shepherd's Bush Stockings), which makes them gigantic and really eyecatching. You can do whatever you want - add metallics - add beads, or even do them over one on 28 Lugana and make them teeny weeny for individual ornaments! Presented in a leaflet.

      Even though these are called 'ornaments' I think they'd make cute pin cushions, or small framed pieces too. Just black kitties!

      Each measures about 66 stitches in size, and is done with one color of thread. If your cats aren't black - I'm sure you'll find YOUR right color. All three are included in the chart... we love them!

      Oh this is a gorgeous piece! Karina writes that it evokes the charm and warmth of a cozy winter sweater. She has a tiny forest of evergreens, stylized flowers and a mixed border pattern.       I love those quilt stars and the lines of those trees! AND... you COULD stitch just one cardinal, on its half of the tree, with just 9 of those quilt stars behind him - and you'd have a darling pin cushion!

      • Dear Santa is Val's first stocking design! The chart includes all three design options for finishing, in case you don't need that stocking arrangement. Along with the chart, you get three buttons for his tummy, wool felt for his holly hat leaves, freezer paper for that tracing, and the hanger cord. Stitch it on any fabric you like - coded for DMC. If you choose the stocking and use larger fabric - try #5 Pearl Cotton. (The letters are available separately by special order... but you could stitch those too... and save about $3 a letter!) We have white Fuzzy Stuff for the snowman, and black Very Velvet for the hat... in case you want to get fancy!
      • Once Upon a Snowman - A cute ornament kit - it includes 14ct perf paper, wool backing felt, the cute striped ribbon and jingle bell. You supply the DMC from your stash.
      • The Giving Season - This ornament design is done on 14ct perf paper, which is included. You also get the wool backing felt, bluebird JABCO button, and metallic thread for the stars. Stitched with DMC from your stash, Val has used Weeks Dye Works Bethlehem hand-dyed floss for the scarf... quite the medley of color.       • Winter Barn Quilt features a beautiful barn surrounded by snowflakes and evergreens. Measuring 115 x 96, it's a petite 6 x 5 on 36ct.
      • Peace on Earth follows Lori's style a little more than the Winter Barn... borders, the house and lavish floral urns in the yard. Varied hand-dyeds, it finishes about 6 x 8.
      • Warm Winter Wishes - This one measures 200 x 100... look at it, you could split the top row from the bottom, and make one long village, or Lori says you could finish this into a drum shape stand-up. Lots of cute, small motifs in this one! Various Weeks hand-dyeds with a DMC conversion.

      Here are two fun Holiday designs by The Stitchin Kitten for someone who loves cats. Both are presented as charts.
      • Kitty Garland - A row of kitties that are playing in the stockings, finish them individually as ornaments or make them into a little pillow. Choose any neutral fabric - one that lets the white show up on the boots. She has called for Rainbow Gallery's White Fuzzy Stuff for the fur stocking cuffs, and we'd use Arctic Rays for the garland. Gentle Art does have simply Wool - and that would be awesome for the little cats. Stitch count is 192 x 85, so finishes approx 12 x 5 on 32ct.
      • Santa's Helpurrs is also coded for DMC, and adds Rainbow Gallery's Petite Treasure Braid in red, black and gold. Measures 202 x 92, and will finish approx 14 x 6 on 32ct.

      Beth Ann has finished her 10th set of Annual Fragment designs - this year's celebrated her ancestral homesteads. Of Note: A special story shared by Beth; House #1 was her great great (too many greats to count) grandmother from the 1700's. Suzanne was mother of 21 children. It's engraved on her head stone and everything. Her husband was found shot dead in bed. No charges were ever filed!

      Houses through the generations. There is a freebie border on The Summer House Stitche Workes website to join all 8 small designs, each is coded for DMC and/or hand-dyeds.

      • Cocoa Quaker - The next mini Quaker cushion design! This time we get a snowman, lots of cream-topped cups of cocoa and a sleepy little village. Finishes about 4 or 5 inches, it is stitched with the same colors in Cocoa Quilt.
      • Christmas Word Tree - Something easy to work up - use it to teach your Grands how to read! Finishes about 3-1/2 x 5 on 14ct... would be cute with buttons, bells or metallics added!

      Little House Needleworks' Log Cabin Christmas is Finished!
        Diane has released this set of designs in nine parts - all are here now! Warm and Cozy... it's full evergreens, cabins and quilts. You'll need 19 varied skeins of Classic Colorworks flosses for this, and a fat quarter cut of whatever fabric you choose.

      Each square is 63 in stitch count... so the entire piece is around 190 in count. Cute as a big pillow, or maybe 9 individual stacking blocks?

      • Let it Snow - Isn't this little guy charming? Tone-on-tone snowflakes decorate the sky, and pine cones scatter along the 'floor,' while Mr Snow is happy in his snowy wonderland under glass! Measuring just 5 inches on 40ct Seraphim Tobias hand-dyed linen, that medium background color lets all that white show up, but is gentle enough to let the pine cones just rest and be beautiful. Stitched with a combo of DMC and Weeks hand-dyeds, this is presented in chart format $12.00.
      • Christmas Swan - Following Brenda's antique concrete swan planters theme... here is Christmas! Finishing 4-1/2 x 5 on 40ct she's used a medley of DMC and hand-dyeds. Chart $12.00
      • Peace and Goodwill - Oh lots to love in this one! (I always look for tiny take-out motifs in things for small pin cushions and fobs - this one is loaded with them!) We get the Quaker-inspired medallions, the tiny single pine cone and pear, that cozy house with snowman in the yard, of course the cardinal in the very festive wreath, and the cute little reindeer couple. Even the snowflakes are placed to LOOK Quaker, but they are just pretty quilty-star flakes, and they tuck in beautifully!       • Candles of Christmas - A row of singing angels... Brenda remembers a set of NOEL angel candles her Grandmother had. They'd re-arrange the angels to try to spell different words (not much you can do with 4 letters though!), and over the years, the halos all went missing. Things you remember.... Anyway, translated to Cross Stitch, they now make a charming pillow design that finishes about 6 x 2-1/2 - just teeny on 36ct.       Everyone just loves these charming designs. While the instructions are written in Italian - all we really need are those familiar DMC numbers and a good chart (and these are very nicely done, clear charts) and we're good to go! They don't seem to have titles either... so I go by their numbers in my descriptions! Choose a natural so the white flakes and details show up.
      • 2409 - Squirrel With Mushrooms - This is gorgeous. There is a lot of delicate shading on here - over-the-top charming! 142 x 83 In stitch count, she's used 28 different DMCs in here, but the chart is large and VERY clear. She's done a really good job using different symbols side by side so you can tell the difference so it's just not overwhelming. We have a deer with mushrooms that companions this one as well. And... if you are needing a shortcut to save stitching time... we think you can cut off the big 'shroom' on the top left or maybe the smaller ones behind the squirrel - and not lose any of the design charm! (Just cut down your stitching time!) Offered as the chart $19.00
      • 2311 Joyeux Noel - What a cute little Christmas Scene! You have a pile of festively wrapped gifts, the Christmas Pudding under glass, a Nutcracker Prince, and Rocking Horse... all ready for Christmas Morning. A little snow detail in the background here and there, this measures 147 x 87, and is done with 21 shades of DMC. Another one that's perfect to split apart - all 4 elements are cute just by themselves - and that makes a cool pin cushion or ornament set as well. Chart $19.00
      • 2312 Polka Dot Noel - This one is super cute - hard to see in the pic, but it's the word NOEL stitched in white, scattered with red dots. Then you get a faint evergreen tree next to a GNOME PINECONE! He's just the cutest! (and you could do JUST HIM - only 20 x 37 - as a single ornament) Finally a little reindeer head pokes through the letters, and then you realize that it's all tucked around that NOEL word. 153 x 58, this will finish approx 5 x 8 on 36ct - I'd use a Natural color of fabric.

      The shops are all numbered on the maps... then the directory offers varied information about each. Addresses, hours, kind of product mix, phone numbers, websites... just great info to help you plan the stops on your next road trip adventure!

Since it's only 136 stitches square, you can actually finish it in a reasonable amount of time, and if you choose 18/36ct - it'll be a tiny, 7-1/2 inch, subtle reminder for leading a good life! Coded for DMC.
      • Greycliff Manor - Less than half the stitches in this one are crosses! Karen loaded it with special stitches, just for something different to do. Nothing hard, just Eyelets, 4-Sided, Rhodes, Open Chevron, and Double Rices, she's added a few variations to those as well. The whole piece measures 221 x 105 - so 12 x 6 on 36ct... might really be pretty in one shade of taupe on a Platinum background!
      • Sanctuary - At first I see an alphabet in here... but Karen has separated all the floral motifs out of this on the back cover, and actually, I like all of THOSE just stitched and made into individual cushions for a cool tray or bowl. I already know my ABC's, I want to get to the other fun stuff!

      Here's something totally fun to use where ever you want a touch of stitchy-whimsey! Colored paper tape, we have two different designs - you get one roll of each. The pink tape features different colored hearts of 'x's.' The green tape has scissors, a floss bobbin, needles and a hoop all in a festive little row.

      Tape is 1/2 an inch wide. I don't know how much is on each spool - I didn't unwind mine to find out! Hard to find the starting end on the roll, just fold over that last 1/4 inch so you'll have a way to pull it out the next time you use it. Just for fun, set of two rolls - one of each pattern.

(Yours features a blue inn!)

      • Saltbox Farm - This one is almost solid stitching, but measures only 90 x 106 - so you won't be overwhelmed! Choose that 28ct Lugana and this would be a 3 x 4 cushion! Don't know what about it is so enchanting - maybe the skinny black windows? Maybe the tree? The sky? Doesn't matter, as together this is a classic design!

Cecilia of Serenita Campagna designs the sweetest little forest animals... we're getting quite a good selection of her charts, and they're all just precious with classic colors and design.
      • Melodia d' Autunno 2 - Features a pair of squirrels feasting on their pumpkins and red dotted mushrooms. Coded for DMC floss, it measures 187 x 135 - so finishes about 7-1/2 x 10 on 18/36ct. I think if you leave off the falling leaves, it'll be much smaller.
      • Autumn set Cuscinetti - This one features those two little squirrels again, more polka dot mushrooms, and a little fox - all in pin cushion-sized designs. Again DMC, just charming!
      • Let it Snow 2 - A pair of snow people dressed in hand-knits... I love how she finishes these pieces. The main stitching is on a natural fabric, while the smaller 'bonus design' is on a white. She's joined them together in her cushion, covering the seam with a bit of trim. Coded for DMC.

      All the way from Barcelona, Spain... these charming garden patterns feel just like home! We have 29 DIFFERENT gardens - all charted in color as well as black and white graphs - all presented in leaflet format. Everything is coded to DMC floss, and you can put them on any fabric you wish! Basically two different sizes... the main gardens are the larger ones - 110 x 220 in stitch count. They finish 6 x 12 on 18/36ct.

      There are smaller versions of these - they are the round designs - they measure 108 stitches, and finish as 6-inch rounds on 18/36. All of them are stuffed full of tiny motifs - everything you can imagine! We have Christmas, Halloween, Space Ships, Evening Gardens, The Ocean, Cats, Mushrooms, to name a few.       They liked my idea of naming scissors vs describing them with numbers - so meet Aya! 3-1/2 Inches, the brushed stainless steel finish looks like Pewter.

      Each scissor comes with a black leather protective sheath. They promise shipment of these sometime in December... so we are taking RESERVATIONS now!

      IMPORTANT NOTE! DOVO is projecting Anna and Aya scissor delivery for this coming Spring. The company and workforce is much smaller that it was years ago and are recoving from a COVID outbreak among the craftsmen. So production capabilities have definitely diminished.

      Our favorite scissor manufacturer - DOVO - from Solingen, Germany had massively re-organized 4 years ago, and dissolved their scissor division. The tiny bit left of the company has been manufacturing shaving implements all this time. Someone smart, somewhere (!) decided they really still needed to do embroidery scissors - and here we are! I don't know how long we'll be treated to our scissors, but we are thrilled for whatever we can have! We're taking reservations now! We will charge your credit card at time of shipping.

      • A Congress of Eagles - This is a pretty collection of eagles - all inspired by 19th century Jaquard woven antique coverlets. Each one is slightly different in size, but all are coded for regular DMC. Fabrics in the pic include Navy, Aztec Red, and Platinum, and counts vary from 32 to 46. I like it because you can SEE how pretty different colors and even counts can mix together with this set! No rules... just choose fabrics in good colors and counts that YOU like!
      • Patriotic Biscornu - Eagles and shields... this measures 97 in stitch count. I believe it is identical on both sides... so truthfully, you COULD cut your stitch time in half by doing only the top and choosing a stunning finishing fabric for the bottom. Classy, it's coded for DMC.
      • The Titanic Sampler - At first, we thought, 'why would you stitch something from a shipwreck where lots perished?' Buttttt, this might be really neat for a beach house, or someplace near the sea - where things like this are appropriate to remember. The design elements are based on motifs and decorative elements from RMS Titanic and her sister ship, Olympic. Floor tiles, grillwork, statuary, china and linen all served as inspiration for this piece. Stitched all in red, you can choose any color you want for this 229 x 220 piece.

      Reynard and Clovis were inspired by Stacy's trip to England - so they are kind of like her 'British Invasion' to the Crackers. Reynard is a fox, and Clovis is an English badger.

      Coded for DMC (like 50 of them) and a few metallics, it'll finish a generous 11 x 17 on 14/28ct. (A decent Santa-size!) Not a lot of backstitch... even though this is quite an involved design... we think it's more 'Do-Able' than a lot of others!

      Here's a new set of 6 cute little paper stamp ornaments by Mill Hill! Worked on 14ct brown perf paper with DMC floss and smattered with Mill Hill glass seed beads and a snowflake or other little brass charm, they measure about 2-1/4 x 3-1/4 when finished and cut out. Cute, quick and easy, colorful, and a little glisteny... you could even mount them to card stock and send them as Christmas Cards - to people you *really* like!

      Love these! Finishing approx 5 x 5 on 14ct perf paper, these are always long anticipated, and well loved projects. New this season, we have a Christmas Camper decked out for a Holiday party. The wreath is ready for the beach because it's decorated with seashells. Dashing Dachshund is definitely a favorite - who can resist that darling little dog? Winter Woodpecker joins the other winter bird designs Mill Hill has - (cardinals, blue jays, chickadee, nuthatch all come to mind) - very classy pieces.

      Feather Tree is colorful and fun, and Crocuses is stunning! Crocus joins the rest of the MH florals - there are about 9 or 10 of them that are just gorgeous (hydrangea, daisy, and hibiscus come to mind in a pinch.) Our shop models are done on 28ct linen or 14ct aida and stuffed - as an alternative finishing option. The little kits come complete with the chart, paper, beads, flosses, buttons, needles - just everything!

Complete kits include the Mill Hill beads, the button and glass beads, flosses and needles. We have a neat outdoor-zey canoe, a hungry squirrel couple, the old schoolhouse, and moving moose! The scary graveyard and wild Halloween medley scenes feature the newer glass Glow-In-The-Dark beads!!!

      The little guys, these finish about 3 x 3 each. Fun as magnets, in the olden days we wore them as pins! Mostly though, they make cute ornaments for Halloween trees and especially Christmas trees. Even though the coffee cup isn't Christmassy - it's a perfect ornament for a coffee-a-holic! Even though the skeleton isn't Christmassy - I bet you know of a little dinosaur-lover who'd love that as an ornament this year! This season we have colorful apples, a witch who must have flown into a wall!, the ever-present daily coffee cup, and a glorious honey bee. Both the scary skeleton and bubbling cauldron feature glow-in-the-dark beads! Always cute, the complete kits include the 14ct perf paper, magnet for the back, beads, needles, chart, and some sort of Mill Hill glass or crystal Treasure as well!

      This is a really cool open-topped box, that sports needlework all around the edges and lining the inside bottom. Super cute, it's simply one of those brown paper mache boxes from Hobby Lobby, covered with all sorts of cute needlework and sewing motifs. The design that wraps all around measures 68 x 389 in stitch count... so it's 4 x 22 on 36ct! It would be cute finished flat if the box thing scares you. The inside bottom liner is about 95 stitches in diameter.

      Liezbeth has this charted for Gentle Art Sampler Threads or DMC, it's just the most charming project! I took several pictures all around the box to show you all the cuteness on it.

      Delightful tiny buttons lazer cut from wood, these come in Holidays, Seasons, hearts, stars and pumpkins. Everything cute under the sun! There are 22 sets - some natural wood in finish, others that appear to me to be covered in fabric, and then cut out.

      Everything is teeny... each of these packages measures only 3 x 4 - so that should give you an idea of how petite each piece is. Surprisingly sturdy... enjoy them all!

      Complete kits of the chart, Flosses, needles and a few Mill Hill glass seed beads, these are colorful, cheerful, and just plain fun to stitch and have! Laurel Burch's iconic personality oozes from each of them!

      You Need these Needles! A new line for us in the shop - we're excited for the selection and the features they offer. Each package contains 6 needles.
      Hypoallergenic White Eye - This is a collection of BLACK STEEL needles. They do not have nickel plating on them. (Shiny needles have a nickel plating that can be an allergen - that is one reason shiny needles tarnish.) These are awesome because they feature a narrow shaft with that high contrast white eye - against the black - for easy threading. The black needle gives you a tip that is easier to see when you're aiming for your stitching hole, too! We have several sizes and types:
      Tapestry - Regular Cross Stitch Needles in #24, 26 and 28 and an assorted package of 2-18, 2-20, 1-22 and 1-26. Check out those gorgeous-easy-to-see-eyes!
      Ball Point - This is an assorted-sized package - smaller white eye, sharp tip - but with that micro-ball tip.
      Chenille - An assorted-sized package of sharp needles with large eyes, these are used for wool applique embroidery -- we also use them for our embroidered tea towels. These follow the same size that tapestry needles do... they are simply sharp rather than dull like a Tapestry.

      Pony Colored Eye Tapestry Needles - Love these too! These are nickel-plated steel needles - with colored eyes! You can tell by looking at them what size your needle is! The #24's have a black eye - which is actually very easy to see. The #26 has a teal eye, and the teeny-weeny #28's have a red eye! We have these in an assortment pack of 2 each #24, 26 and 28, and single-size packs of 6 needles each as well. (#28's have 5 in the pack vs 6.)
      Look at the size difference of the Red Eye #28 needle! It is next to a John James #28 gold tapestry needle! It is definitely smaller!

      This little package of needles belongs in our collection of hypo-allergenic stainless needles by Pony. We're 'storing them' on our Needles page, in the same description line as our other black needles - with white eyes - but these are all black!

      These are really fun... and because they are black you can see where your needle point is! We like the white-eye versions because they are easy to thread, but honestly, these aren't hard either - because you can see the light through the eye!

      Something new and unique - just don't confuse yours with black kitty hair on the couch! A lovely petite size too!

      New Pony BEADING Needles
      Another new black hypo-allergenic Pony Needle, these are size 10 (only much longer than the normal ones) for beads. Super thin, they are all black, and actually, I can SEE their eye to thread!

      I can't see the eye on regular steel needles because they reflect the light. So, another fun new needle to try... 5 in the package. See what you think! They are pretty easy to hold as they are a complete 2 inches long.
