 Cats and Dogs of the Months What a fun little collection of cats and dogs! Pin Cushion-sized pieces, she has her kitties and pups each doing the same things in a given month. In March, they are both in the shamrocks, April they are both wearing bunny ears. Each design measures 58 stitches, and they are coded for DMC floss. You can choose to get only the CATS or DOGS, or both... I'm thinking that basket of 24 little cats and dogs would be darling! The rest of the months come out later this year... no timing info, so we're starting auto-ships! | |

 Bath Day by Artmishka Well, aren't these the cutest little things? Little kitties playing on the clothesline. The design actually doesn't sense because I don't think cats really do play on clotheslines... but they're so darling, you can't resist them. Super easy to stitch, they measure just 149 x 83 and are done with black floss. Just makes you smile. | |
 Black Cat Ornaments by Artmishka Even though these are called 'ornaments' I think they'd make cute pin cushions, or small framed pieces too. Just black kitties! Each measures about 66 stitches in size, and is done with one color of thread. If your cats aren't black - I'm sure you'll find YOUR right color. All three are included in the chart... we love them! | |
 A Purr-fect Christmas from Luminous Fiber Arts A sweet little kitty eyeing that stuffed stocking, this is a happy design measuring only 64 x 64.  Animal Crackers from Stacy Nash This is an ever-growing set of charming stitched stand-up animals and smaller animal face fobs -- all presented as separate charts. Each is stitched on hand-dyed linen -- various colors -- choose any count you want. On 32 the CRACKER stand-ups finish approx 3 x 7-ish... Harrison is 10-1/2 inches though because of his ears. Cute and very vintage, decorate each with old ribbons and buttons. How fun to tuck a couple of them into your ever-growing basket of stitched pin cushions???? Then add a couple of the standing ones in there too! Stacy has plain fabrics on the backs with a pouch to hold scissors, and you can see that Theodore is wearing a little thimble pouch as well!  Friends from Thistles This is the CUTEST little kitty - do him on 18ct linen with lots of floss or #5 Pearl Cotton - he makes a DOOR STOP! The stitch count is 129 x 97 - so it finishes 14 x 11 and by the time you stuff it and weight the bottom - your kitty might think he has a new playmate! (or your dog might bark at it!) Coded for DMC floss... you'll use a ton... you can even change the cat color to match yours or even stitch the mouse in WOOL! Just a fun, fun design... presented in a chart. | |

 Christmas 2023 from The Blue Flower 12 Dogs and Cats of Christmas - Presented in two different books - enjoy all these little fur babies doing things they are supposed and NOT supposed to do at Christmas! Jeannine has cats in one book, dogs in the other... she's mixed up the dog varieties, and given all those cats different colors of fur coats, so you can find your favorites and adapt if need be. Cats are worked on a steel blue color (close to DMC 415), dogs are on a tan (DMC 613/453 background.), and coded for DMC and hand-dyeds. Both are full of cuteness and color! | |

MEOW & WOOF - The New Block Party Designs We're getting two more of these super-cute square blocks of stitched fun! Cathy is releasing these that first week of March. Charts come with the bit of Week's hand-dyed wool you see on the cushion top... and we've made sure to include the Just Another Button Company WORD pin set. (There are also optional pin sets... one for dogs and one for cats... available below.) Stitched on 28ct linen, both use Weeks hand-dyed flosses. These join the other 6 Block Parties we have had... they're still available, and we have shop models of them all! | |
 Best in Show from Ronnie Rowe Gotta love these little guys! Together they measure 400 x 240... you might be able to separate out your favorite doggy. Coded for DMC, there are actually 10 shades in here - the 844 gunmetal for the dogs, and 9 shades of blues for that ribbon! | |
 It's All in the Eyes from Ronnie Rowe Each of these is stitched on any white fabric you want, using DMC 310 black. The eyes are the only color on each, so it really draws YOUR eye! They all measure around 160 x 180 - so 9 x 10-ish on 18ct. These can be quite challenging to stitch because the chart counting can really confuse you. MAKE SURE to use a highlighter to color the chart parts you've already stitched... it really helps. Another good tip is basting the heavy chart lines - some like to do that. Don't baste every thread - just make long stitches 10 threads apart to follow the grid lines of the chart, and don't pierce that thread when you are stitching - that way it pulls right out!  Lady Katherine Kitty and Sir Perceval Puppy - Hello and Goodbye! from Summer House Stitche Workes This is a pair of stitched needle cases that features the front of the cat or dog on the front, and their backside on its backside. Then, open your stitched case to find little mice stitched on the inside 'endpapers' of Katherine's, and little dog bones inside of Perceval's. Too darn cute!
