Mona has outdone herself this season to bring you a Single Whole Day Class *A Crash Course* in learning easy finishing techniques, so you'll be able to turn little stitched gifts into awesome works of art!! You may be worn out by the time you leave us to go home Saturday afternoon... but come December 23rd... you'll be ever so grateful to Ms Mona!!!

Basically, upon registration, you'll receive stitching homework (little charts) to stitch and bring to class. You'll spend the day assembling 6 *SIX* things into little Stand-up Cubes, Quick 'n Easy Easel Stand-ups, a Wedge, Padded Picture Frame, Biscornu and Ruffled Ribbon-Edged Ornament. The frosting on the cake is Mona's last presentation of the day -- a demonstration of her 'Ravioli Pillow' technique.

You'll leave with 6 FINISHED pieces, a notebook FULL of Mona's instructions (that's so that you can forget all you learned during the day, because you've been laughing, chatting, nibbling a little, pinning and gluing... and still have the back-up notes to use later on!)

When you register, Mona will send you charts to stitch each of the six small projects -- fabric and color suggestions kind of need to be followed -- as her finishing materials are the EXACT fabrics and ribbons shown, and your needlework will need to coordinate. Our idea here is NOT to make you purchase lots of anything extra to get these things stitched. You probably have all the threads and fabrics already in your stash. (If not, of course, we can help with that!) Anyhow... designed to keep your preliminary stitching homework to a MINIMUM... the *Concept and Focus* of the class is on the finishing techniques. You'll go home with great, comprehensive instructions that you don't even have to read in class!!!

Get ready to glue a little, whip stitch a bit, twist a little cord, snip and pin, and fluff some bows! We'll break for lunch about noon... 3 projects done in the morning, 4 in the afternoon... it'll be a full day! We'll have some yummy shop snacks... cold refreshments... you'll have lots of time to stretch, but lots of time to sit, too.

The Frenzy Theme is Fall, Halloween and Christmas... I think you can see that from the project pics! Featured designers include Lizzie Kate, Trail Creek Farm, Heartstrings/Artist's Collection, and Prairie Schooler. (I happen to know that if 100% of your homework isn't finished for class day... that Teacher will make sure you leave with a *A* anyway!!!)

The Fall Finishing Frenzy Fee is $90.00. $50.00 is due at registration -- we'll get the rest from you at some point in the future -- trust me! Mona's Frenzy IS AVAILABLE via the mail... so if a trip to the shop simply isn't in your plans... we can work around that! You'll still get the homework ahead of time, and your finishing notebook will follow in the mail the Monday after the class. Mona *always comes* via e-mail anytime afterward for follow-up help.
